> Third South Solutions builds operational AI tools alongside a client's own team. The offer: we find a team at least $50,000 of AI opportunity, or the process is free. Clients own the software, data, and documentation. AI supports people on the team; it does not replace them.

Who it serves: firms with 30+ employees and more than $5 million in revenue, at any stage of AI adoption. Managed service providers (MSPs) with 20+ employees, $3M+ ARR, and 50+ customers can start with a focused operations review. Non-profits seeking low bono or pro bono work should email.

Not a fit: firms under $5 million in revenue still testing whether AI is real, and projects where AI would replace the team instead of supporting it.
